Shipping & Delivery – New Zealand

At The Turkish Towel Co, all New Zealand orders are shipped direct from our Sydney warehouse with same-day dispatch and fast courier routes. With daily direct flights from Sydney to Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, your Turkish Towel arrives in NZ quickly and reliably.

We believe Kiwis shouldn’t have to pay extra just to receive their order. That’s why we offer FREE standard shipping New Zealand-wide on all orders over $80 NZD.
Rural delivery and PO Boxes are included.

Orders under $80 NZD receive a low flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

If you want your towel even faster, we offer Express International Shipping.
Orders over $80 NZD also qualify for free express upgrades during promotional periods (when offered), otherwise express can be added for a small fee.

All orders placed before 2pm AEST are picked, packed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm are shipped first thing the next morning.

Standard Shipping (orders $80+ NZD free): 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

  2. Most parcels are sent with Authority to Leave—add a note at checkout if you prefer signature on delivery.

  3. For business addresses, include business name, floor/level and any extra details.
