Returns & Refunds – New Zealand

 

At Turkish Towel Co, we want every Kiwi to absolutely love their new Turkish towel. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is designed to be as easy as a day at the beach. For any questions, just email us at hello@turkishtowelco.com.au and our team will help you out.

 

60-Day Change of Mind Returns (NZ)

We offer a 60-day change of mind policy for all New Zealand orders. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us in new, unused condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer (full details below).

To be eligible for a return, your towel must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of all our Turkish towels. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace it.
You’ll simply need to email photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving the product.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

 

Refunds (If Approved)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you the same day to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours, and funds are returned to your original payment method.
Processing times vary by provider:

  • Credit/debit cards – usually same day

  • Afterpay or ZipPay – may take 2–3 business days

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  1. Re-check your bank account

  2. Contact your card provider (refund posting times vary)

  3. Contact your bank regarding pending transactions

Sale Items

Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded for change of mind.
Regular-priced items only are eligible for refunds.

 

Exchanges for NZ Customers

If you selected the wrong item or colour, we’re happy to arrange an exchange.
Email hello@turkishtowelco.com.au before returning anything.

Requirements:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Buyer covers return postage

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send the replacement

  • A $10 NZD shipping fee applies for sending the exchanged item back to you

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If your return is valued over $75 NZD, we recommend using tracked shipping or purchasing postal insurance. We cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
