All prices are displayed in NZD and include GST when applicable. Prices may change without notice. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping Within New Zealand
We ship nationwide across New Zealand using trusted courier partners. Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are guidelines only and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, or unexpected events.

Returns and Refunds
Customers may return unused, unwashed products within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
