All orders are shipped using NZ Post, NZ Couriers & Aramex NZ depending on your delivery location. All orders are tracked and come with insurance in case your orders are lost or damaged in transit.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within one business day (Monday to Friday). During peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, processing times may extend to up to three business days. We appreciate your patience as our team carefully prepares each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition and as quick as possible.

Shipping Time
Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days, though delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and product availability. All orders also come with location tracking for visibility on transit times. Shipping times are estimates only and can vary however, we do our best to get your towel to you as fast as possible.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free within New Zealand for orders over $80. For orders under $80, a shipping fee applies at a flat rate of $10 NZD to anywhere across NZ.
